30 Day Easy Returns/Exchanges


We have high quality control standards to ensure that all products we ship are in perfect condition, but return or exchange requests are simple.  

We inspect the package after you receive it. If there are damaged, missing or incorrect items suggested in the package, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues.

Buyer/Goods Guidelines

To make return/exchange service issues easy, please follow these guidelines:

1: Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt for return authorization and return address.

2: Please allow a little color and size difference, it is the default.

3: All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and panty protectors attached. Returned products with visible signs of use, cosmetics, odor, perfume or similar product staining agents will be refused.

4: Please file a retroactive tax return through your local post office and include your completed Return/Exchange Authorization Form in your return package. Any loss or damage during shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for reference. Please note that we do not accept packages using Payment-to-Service packages.

5: Once we receive the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
